Ohpen, a Dutch financial technology company, are on a mission to develop the best core banking engine in the world, however along with working hard to exceed expectations they also believe in rewarding their team.
They took their team to Las Vegas to AWS reInvent in order to keep them invigorated and excited, and wanted to show how such trips are part of the way in which they keep their workforce inspired.
Inspiring Creatives
We combined pre-existing footage and images taken on employee’s mobile phones from their trip to Las Vegas with an upbeat voiceover and on-screen kinetic text to create a short, engaging and dynamic film.
Thinking outside of the box, we created a non-traditional recruitment film which truly shows the people and the teamwork that is at the heart of the company.
