Talking Heads

We produced a collection of nine films talking to residents of Harrow and their connection with the town. The subjects included a man who had actually lived in the manor house as a manager, a woman whose husband survived the Harrow train crash in 1952, a former chairman of the Harrow Heritage Trust, and one of the people who carried the Olympic torch in 2012.

How to Personalise the Museum

Chocolate Films was commissioned to create short films to be used in kiosks in the newly-opened museum within Headstone Manor (funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund). Rather than just film the contents, one of the crew’s tasks was to create footage of the locals talking about the area and sharing their memories. When stepping into the museum, visitors can choose which film to watch and listen to.
