Unlocking Barriers
Migrant Help is a charity that helps newcomers in the UK integrate. Some migrants, especially those from the African diaspora, may not have encountered ATMs before and so Chocolate Films were commissioned to deliver a film for those who may have difficulty with English. It is being displayed on Migrant Help’s website and in their community centres.
Paying Off
We needed to make a film that was universally understandable, visually evident and very clear – on a limited budget for a small charity. We chose to make one strong animation, which could be subtitled into 12 languages. It was a lovely project to work on and, impact-wise, helped over 26,000 migrants with their integration into the UK.
