Chocolate Films works primarily with a full-time team rather than freelancers. We do this so we can concentrate on enabling each filmmaker to become a master at using our kit to create great quality content. And we value our team’s work and time and so have policies in place to share anti-social hours fairly, and filmmakers can take back any additional hours.

As well as producing great content, everyone who works at Chocolate Films is actively involved in facilitating our filmmaking workshops. This means that you will spend part of your time enabling children, young people and vulnerable adults to make films, which can be an exciting and challenging part of our work.
