Engaging an audience with all aspects of the arts
Art Night asked Chocolate Films to document their interactive evening in July 2018 from 6pm–6am. This was held in Vauxhall, the South Bank and Nine Elms featuring live music, soundwalks, projections, DJs, installations, acting, galleries and much more. Venues such as New Covent Garden Market, the BFI, Battersea Power Station and the British Interplanetary Society all opened their doors and public spaces for a unique event.
Encouraging audience participation
The video shows audiences interacting with the countless performances and art events across all venues throughout the evening and deep into the night. It captures a very colourful display of the whole range of art and pop-up shows open to the public with all the fun and liveliness of the occasion, as well as some of the more thought-provoking and serious pieces.
