125th Anniversary
This short social media video celebrates the 125th anniversary of Tower Bridge, one of London’s most-loved landmarks. It was tailored for use on Facebook, encouraging people to ‘join the celebration’ on 30th June 2019.
Tower Bridge was officially opened on 30 June 1894 by the Prince and Princess of Wales, the future King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra.

The film was made a catch people’s attention on social media at first glance through a combination of archive images and footage of the wealth of activities offered at Tower Bridge to mark the occasion, as well as a fast-paced editing style and upbeat music.
It also aims to generate curiosity in the viewer and tell them more about the interesting origins of Tower Bridge, through dynamic on-screen kinetic text and archive images. The video has now garnered over 9,000 views on Facebook.
