This public body champions the future of live performance, by protecting and supporting theatre buildings which meet the needs of their communities. Theatres Trust believe that current and future generations should have access to good quality theatres where they can be inspired by, and enjoy, live performance.
Theatres Trust approached Chocolate Films to make a video about what they do. It features famous supporters like Lenny Henry, Siobhan Redmond and Michael Ball telling about the work of the Trust and its impact. This video has a prominent place on the About Us page of the Theatres Trust website.
This was our first time working with the Trust and as always our videographers enjoyed shooting in theatres. Most of the interviews were filmed in London but we also got self-shot footage from actors across the country to generate more coverage. Our relative proximity to Theatreland turned out to be a bonus!
